10" (25 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head,brown
painted baby hair brushed in soft tendrils across
the forehead,intaglio pale blue eyes with large
black pupils,white eyedots,black and red upper
eyeliner,short feathered brows,accented
nostrils,closed mouth with downcast pouting
lips,composition bent limb baby body,antique
costume. Condition: generally excellent,some body
repaint. Marks: 8 Heubach (in square) 7759
Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach,circa 1912.
Value Points: wonderful wistful expression
enhanced by choice sculpting of eyes,detailed
curls at nape,crinkles around the eyes.
