Description
12" (30 cm.) Having white mohair oversized head
with pink glass eyes and large black pupils,white
mohair floppy ears with pink fabric lining,sewn-on
felt costume of orange,white and blue felt flannel
with bluer buttons,white mohair hands,felt spats
and brown felt shoes,brown felt hat with holes for
ears to protrude. Condition: generally excellent.
Comments: maker unknown,circa 1940s,the bunny was
designed to resemble Sunny Bunny from the Raggedy
Ann stories,a variation with green felt pants is
shown in TabbatÞs The World of Raggedy Ann and
Andy,page 113. Value Points: well-preserved
condition of the storybook bunny.
