Description
31" (79 cm.) (including tail). Of white mohair
with painted black and brown shaded detail,the dog
is posed resting,his front paws extended,back paws
at the side,with alert raised head,having stitched
upright ears,amber glass eyes,open mouth with felt
tongue,red leather collar,and extended tail. The
face is shaved with soft fur overall the rest of
the body,and very bushy tail,ear lining and beard.
Condition: near mint. Marks: (original Arco Steiff
paper label with Eulan stamp on reverse,original
button in ear with yellow cloth tag 340 1/20).
Comments: Steiff,circa 1950s. Value Points: large
luxury size in perfectly-preserved
condition,artistic painting of details.
