11" (28 cm.) Pressed bisque socket head,blue glass
inset eyes,dark eyeliner,brush-stroked brows,dark
painted curly lashes,accented eye corners and
nostrils,closed mouth with outlined lips,pierced
ears,brunette human hair over cork pate,French
composition and wooden six-loose-ball-jointed body
with straight wrists,wearing antique bronze-green
cashmere wool coat with extended cape collar
decorated with
feather-stitching,undergarments,stockings,brown
kidskin shoes marked "2",and silk bonnet with
tulle and silk flower decorations. Condition:
generally excellent. Marks: 5/0 J.M. Comments:
Mothereau,circa 1880,the J.M. initials were an
early mark used by the firm. Value Points:
