painted facial features,brown side-glancing
eyes,grey eye shadow,painted curly lashes,closed
mouth with petulant expression,black mohair
wig,jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition:
generally excellent. Marks: Sarda (script name on
heart-shaped parchment tag) Lenci (original paper
label). Comments: Lenci,circa 1935,from the 300
series. Value Points: wearing original vibrant
felt costume of orange and brown felt with
embroidered chickens,white blouse,brass
buttons,matching linen petticoat and
pantalets,black felt shoes,black head shawl with
fringed detail,and carrying woven basket of felt
fruit.
