Description
14" (36 cm.) Creamy-white mohair teddy with
pronounced snout,stitched ears,glass eyes with
black pupils,brown embroidered nose and
mouth,swivel head,disc-jointed arms and legs,felt
paw pads,brown embroidered paws. Condition: very
good,mohair worn on muzzle and some sparseness on
back limbs. Comments: Germany,early 20th
century,attributed to Steiff. Value Points:
endearing worried expression on the early
bear,wearing original blue cotton romper with hankie.
