Description
11" (28 cm.) x 8". Presented under glass in a gold-leaf finish wooden frame with beaded edging is an etched scene of two young girls tugging at a doll that each hopes to own. The doll appears to be an early wooden fully-jointed doll. The etching is signed "Etched by C. Knight" and "Designed by H. Singleton" with the printed name " 'Tis my Doll". Excellent condition. English, early 1800s.
