11" (28 cm.) Each has bisque socket head,blue
glass sleep eyes,painted lower lashes,feathered
brows,accented nostrils,open mouth,four porcelain
teeth,blonde or brunette mohair wig,five piece
Papier-mache body. Condition: generally excellent.
Marks: Dep 1 (boy) Unis France 301 0 (girl).
Comments: SFBJ,boy circa 1900,girl circa 1920.
Value Points: each is wearing its factory-original
costume,the boy in especially fine ensemble with
velvet double-breasted tunic,gold metallic edging
and epaulets,high boots,black lambswool cap with
French and Russian flags signifying alliance,and
sword.
