19" (48 cm.) All-cloth with flat-dimensional
faces,silk-screened facial features,notched black
pupils on large eye whites,tiny comma brows,three
lashes under each eye,thickly-outlined red
triangle nose,thick line smiling mouth with red
center,blushed cheeks,red worsted wool
hair,stitch-jointed body,sewn-on multi-colored
stockings of narrow stripes,blue sewn-on shoes.
Condition: generally excellent,some costume
fading. Marks: (Andy has original Molly-es paper
wrist label). Comments: Molly-es,circa 1935,the
firm produced these dolls for 3 years only. Value
Points: wonderfully-preserved faces,fine larger
size,original costumes.
