lashes,elongated nose,closed mouth,blushed cheeks,brunette curly wig,muslin stitch-jointed
body. Condition: very good overall. Mark: "Madame Alexander presents Jeannette McDonald as
she appears in MGM's feature ?Rose Marie' " (paper label). Comments: Madame
Alexander,1936,inspired by "Rose Marie",one of the highest grossing films of that year,along
with James Stewart and Nelson Eddy,during which she and Nelson Eddy sang their famous "Indian
Love Call"as they trekked the Canadian wilderness. Value Points: very rare early Alexander
doll,wearing original brown gore-shaped skirt,tan flannel shirt,scarf,leather shoes and stockings.
