with smiling expression,muslin body with composition hands,over-sized feet with boots.
Condition: generally excellent,costume has a few repairs. Marks: Uneeda (head). Comments: circa
1927,the doll was likely supplied for custom order to celebrate the 1927 flight across the
Atlantic by Charles Lindbergh. Value Points: the doll wears its original khaki green aviator
costume and oil-cloth helmet,with original paper label "Lucky Lindy"and with "Welcome
Lindy"photographic badge.
