19"(48 cm.) Composition head with sculpted black hair and very thick brows,defined age lines on
forehead,round "bug"eyes with outlined lashes,and white eyedots,closed mouth with wide
beaming smile,painted teeth,firmly-stuffed body with composition hands and feet,painted
shoes,wearing his factory original double-breasted jacket with pockets,trousers. Condition:
generally excellent. Comments: portrayed is Eddie Cantor (1892-1964),the popular
singer,comedian and songwriter of the early radio days. Value Points: rare doll in well-preserved
condition,original costume,along with an early music sheet "I Hate Myself for Being So Mean to
You"with photograph of Cantor.
