22"h. x 18"l. x 13"d. A wooden-based theatre with good-grained lithographed floor has a simple
theatre front with hand-painted and engraved decoupage details of tasseled curtains and name
"Victoria"in gilt lettering. There are three sets of backgrounds,one being simple homemade front
door with side panels,the one shown,and another entry and side panels with decoupage
engravings in the 1860 style. The theatre folds down for storage in the base box,and has an
original working curtain. Very good original condition. English,mid-19th century.
