inset eyes in half-moon shape,strong nose,closed mouth with downcast lips,inserted brows and
white mohair wig,softly-stuffed original muslin body,poured wax lower arms and legs. Condition:
generally excellent. Comments: portrait doll of Queen Victoria in the 1885 era,probably
Montanari. Value Points: rare and superbly modeled portrait doll wearing original black silk satin
gown,original undergarments,stockings,shoes,with ormolu brooch and a pin depicting the
Queen.
