21"(53 cm.) Bisque shoulder head with sculpted flowing pale blue head scarf that nearly encloses
her tumbling bisque blonde curls and extends across her front shoulder plate,blue glass inset
eyes,painted lashes,feathered brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with accent line between the
lips,muslin stitch-jointed body,kid arms,wearing ivory silk gown with faux-diamond decorated
sash,undergarments. Condition; generally excellent. Comments: Alt,Beck and Gottschalk,circa
1875,the model known as "Blue Scarf Lady". Value Points: very beautiful model with fine quality
of bisque and sculpting,rare glass eyes,with an early blue ribbon award from Letitia Penn Doll
Club.
