Description
5 1/2" (14 cm.) Of white porcelain with tinted green borders and having transfer designs of Kewpies with sculpted helmets in playful poses. Included is lidded teapot, lidded sugar, creamer, five cups and saucers, and two cake plates. Marked "Copyrighted Rose O'Neill Wilson Kewpie Germany" on bottom of each. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1915, from original O'Neill designs, the tea set is notable for a variety of different Kewpie figures.
