17"(43 cm.) The bronze sculpture depicts a woman in classical tutu with right arm holding the tip of her skirt and right toe posed en pointe,on rounded bronze base. Signed "Rougelet 1887". Excellent condition. The noted French sculptor,Benoir Rougelet (1834-1894) worked in bronze and marble during the latter half of the 19th century.
