11"(28 cm.) Bisque shoulder head of adult lady with angular facial shape and very elongated
throat,painted facial features,black painted eyes with black outline,painted lashes and
brows,closed mouth with pert smile,firm muslin body,bisque arms from above the elbows with
sculpted elbow-length gloves,bisque legs from above the knees with painted stockings and black
heeled shoes,wearing silk and lace costume. Condition: generally excellent,some paint flaking on
shoes. Marks: 5842 Germany. Comments: circa 1920. Value Points: lovely bisque on the highly-
stylized figure,rare elbow gloves.
