5 " (14 cm.) Bisque swivel head,pale bisque,cobalt blue glass enamel inset eyes,painted
lashes,lightly-feathered brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with accent line between the
lips,blonde mohair wig over cork pate,slender bisque torso,elongated legs with bare feet,bisque
arms with peg-jointing at the shoulders and ball-jointed at elbows. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: BTE. Comments: Fernand Sustrac from his 1877 patent for this mignonette; the
doll was known as "poupee de poche" (pocket doll). Value Points: very rare model with jointed
elbows,beautiful face,original costume.
