One-piece all-bisque Kewpie with side-glancing googly eyes, blue wings, and with sculpted blue policeman's cap with silver medallion, thick black belt with silver buckle, holding bully club. With fragment of original paper label. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1915, from original design by Rose O'Neill.
