Paper mache head and torso,sculpted black derby hat,painted features,upper glancing eyes,painted moustache,paper mache hands,metal sheet legs and cast metal over-sized shoes with metal rollers. When wound,Charlie rolls along in an amusing manner. Excellent condition,functions well. Circa 1910.
