14" (36 cm.) All wooden carved doll, socket head, intaglio deeply-sculpted blue eyes with black pupils and white eye dots, black upper eyeliner, lightly-feathered brows, accented nostrils of rounded tip nose, closed mouth, brunette mohair bobbed wig with bangs, wooden spring-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent, light crazing on face. Marks: Schoenhut Doll Pat. Jan.17th 1911 USA. Comments: Schoenhut, model 308, the 14" size model was made 1912-1916. Value Points: fine detail of sculpting especially around the eyes.
