Description
10" (25 cm.) bed length. Of a beautifully-finished
fruitwood,possibly cherry,the ensemble includes a
bed with carved crest and having original wooden
slats and mattress; with matching three-drawer
chest,smaller chest with mirror,and two night
stands,the latter all with polished white marble
or onyx tops and having carved bone or glass bead
pulls. The furniture appears to be of a set,but
has some scaling differences. The pieces would fit
nicely into a larger scale doll house,or would
display beautifully with antique dolls about
10"-12". Excellent condition. Possibly
French,mid-19th century.
