Description
3" (8 cm.) h. table. Each is of very firm-sided
cardboard or light-wood frame that is covered with
lithographed paper to simulate rosewood or inlay.
Comprising a small round pedestal table,a mantel
clock with lithographed face,and a pair of chairs
with original rose silk upholstery. Each of the
pieces is decorated with lavish embossed gold
paper edgings and trim. French,early 19th century.
Wonderfully-preserved rare furniture pieces and
accessories are nearly impossible to
find,especially in this condition.
