7" (18 cm.) armoire. Of pressed tin with brown
painted finish to simulate rosewood and with gold
accents,including mirrored-front armoire with gold
scallop-edged mirror,faux key,well-detailed
cornice,and shelved interior; large parlor table
with gargoyle-shaped metal feet; and three
balloon-back arm chairs with painted red tin
upholstery on seat,back and arms. Excellent
condition,few minor paint flakes. Germany,circa
1875,Rock & Graner.
