Description
19" (48 cm.) Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, blue side-glancing eyes, all-around brown eye shadow, painted curly upper lashes, closed mouth, fringed brows, blonde mohair wig with looped braids and ringlet curls at forehead and crown, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Lenci, series 110, circa 1929. Value Points: beautifully preserved doll with eager yet shy expression, wonderful wig, soft cheek blush, wearing original cream felt dress with red felt bodice and colorful appliques on skirt, organdy undergarments, red felt shoes and hair bow, and carrying toy golf club, the doll is preserved in her original box.
