12" hall mirror. Of chestnut with natural brown
finish,the ensemble is carved with elaborate
columns and carving,and trimmed with applique
brass ornamental garlands and designs. Included is
a superbly-detailed sideboard,matching hall mirror
with shelf,trestle-style table with four columned
legs,grandfather clock and five seating pieces
that are upholstered in original luxury-quality
patterned silk/velvet with cord and braid
trim,comprising settee set in elaborate wooden
surround with cabinets,two arm chairs and two side
chairs. Excellent condition. Germany,circa 1890.
The furniture was designed for a larger scale doll
house,or would display perfectly with a 10"-12"
dolls. Of deluxe quality,with fine quality
work,brass trims,and superb original upholstery.
