15" x 31" x 17". 37"h. with attached legs. The
wooden-framed kitchen with original wood-grained
finish and brown striping on the exterior has
original wall and floor papers inside; the floor
paper is unusually highly-textured to simulate
wood grains. Within the kitchen are two large
cupboards with original pebble glass doors,three
wooden hanging shelves,work table,table,two
chairs,and a bench. The kitchen is lavishly-filled
with various kitchen tools and supplies,including
lithographed tinware,copper tools,butcher
blocks,cutting boards,tole canisters,tin cookie
cutters,earthenware mold,copper ladles and pewter
bed warmer. There is a rare Bing scale,and a
wonderful tinplate stove with faux-stone
design,brass doors,and tin and brass pots
including a water boiler with unusual raised
design on the lid. A Grodnertal wooden doll stands
in the kitchen. Excellent condition.Germany,circa
1880. The kitchen is designed with its original
wooden carved legs,the textured floor is
especially nice,and the kitchen atmosphere is
homey and well-preserved.
