The wooden-framed kitchen with original wood-grained finish and brown striping on the exterior has original wall and floor papers inside; the floor paper is unusually highly-textured to simulate wood grains. Within the kitchen are two large cupboards with original pebble glass doors,three wooden hanging shelves,work table,table,two chairs,and a bench. The kitchen is lavishly-filled with various kitchen tools and supplies,including lithographed tinware,copper tools,butcher blocks,cutting boards,tole canisters,tin cookie cutters,earthenware mold,copper ladles and pewter bed warmer. There is a rare Bing scale,and a wonderful tinplate stove with faux-stone design,brass doors,and tin and brass pots including a water boiler with unusual raised design on the lid. A Grodnertal wooden doll stands in the kitchen. Excellent condition.Germany,circa 1880.
