Description
33" (84 cm.) Paper mache shoulder head with
rounded facial modeling,black sculpted hair in
long ringlet curls waved behind her sculpted
ears,brown upper-glancing eyes,feathered
brows,closed mouth,muslin stitch-jointed body with
wooden arms,wearing nice antique children's cloth
of the era. Condition: fair/good,finish is very
worn with some craquelure,and back shoulderplate
is reglued. Comments: attributed to Ludwig
Greiner,circa 1860. Value Points: in charming as
found condition,un-restored,rarer brown eyes in
upper-gazing expression.
