Description
17" (43 cm.) Bisque socket head with solid
dome,light brown sculpted boyish hair with
forelock detail,modeled slightly-stuck-out
ears,intaglio-sculpted upper-glancing grey eyes
with white eyedots,black upper eyeliner,one-stroke
brows,rounded nose with accented nostrils,closed
mouth with defined space between the shaded and
outlined lips,impressed dimples at lip
corners,well-defined chin,composition and wooden
ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent.
Marks: 8035 Germany Heubach (in square) 6.
Comments: Gebruder Heubach,circa 1910. Value
Points: superb quality of sculpting and
bisque,artistic painting of intaglio eyes and
mouth,the rare model is in virtually-unplayed with
condition wearing his factory original costume.
