Description
2 1/2 " (6 cm.) inside head width. Of soft aqua
silk satin,the bonnet is designed to sit at the
back of the head and frame the face with a wide
gathered ruffle,with pleated full back and
crown,bavolet neck ruffle,cream silk lining,and
decorated with aqua silk ribbons and bows,and
violet and cream silk flowers. French,circa 1885.
Excellent condition,a beautiful and well-preserved
silk fabric,the bonnet is virtually unused
