Description
9" (23 cm.) A bisque-headed doll with blue glass
eyes,painted features,open mouth,four tiny
teeth,five-piece paper mache body,is completely
enclosed excepting her face in a white fur bunny
costume that is decorated with delicate rose silk
bows and brass bells. She is holding a tray of
paper mache decorated Easter eggs,and a woven
hotte basket is attached to her back contained
three paper mache bunnies. The doll is presented
in beautiful card paper box with rose paper
cover,gilt edging,silk bows,and a color lithograph
of a bunny holding a tray of eggs. Excellent
condition. Germany,circa 1890,a superb
presentation throughout.
