Description
12" (30 cm.) Bisque shoulder head with deeply
comb-marked light brown sculpted hair arranged
with forehead curly bangs,hair waved back over
partially-sculpted pierced ears and arranged in a
loosely-coiled chignon at the back with tumbling
curls onto her nape; the hair decorated with three
bands of beaded gold bands,having large blue
painted eyes in deeply-set eye sockets,painted
black upper eyeliner,single-stroke brows,aquiline
nose,closed mouth,muslin stitch-jointed body with
bisque lower limbs,rose silk gown,and
undergarments. Condition: generally excellent.
Marks: 10. Comments: Germany,circa 1870. Value
Points: rare model with beautifully-shaded and
sculpted brown hair and gilded hair ornaments.
