highly-expressive modeling of character
features,blue glass sleep eyes,fringed upper
lashes,one-stroke tapered brows,accented
nostrils,closed mouth with shaded and outlined
lips,modeled space between the lips to appear as
though open,defined double chin,brunette mohair
bobbed wig,composition and wooden ball-jointed
toddler body with side-hip jointing,original
rubber hands,wearing antique sailor suit,black
leather shoes. Condition: generally excellent.

1912,Value Points: very rare glass-eyed variation
of the signature 100 model,the first of the art
character dolls,very choice bisque and
painting,and sculpture that is so fine as to be
"first from the mold".
