Description
8" (20 cm.) l. parasol. Comprising a brass-handled
parasol with bone hand-grip and tip,bone tips at
each tine,textured ivory silk cover with ivory
braid edging and ivory silk fringe; along with a
wire-framed bonnet with twill cord cover and
decorated with a coronet of tiny white,blue and
rose flowers,with aqua silk streamers. Very good
condition,chip to bone tip of parasol,bonet a tad
dusty. French,circa 1865,the parasol has superb
luxury details of materials and construction.
