20" (51 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head of adult lady
with slender face and elongated throat,pale blonde
sculpted hair waved away from her face into
extended ringlet curls onto her back shoulders and
decorated with a black-beaded sculpted
clip,painted blue upper-glancing eyes,red and
black upper eyeliner,single-stroke brows,accented
nostrils,pertly-shaped lips,muslin stitch-jointed
body,leather arms,lovely green taffeta antique
gown,undergarments,slippers. Condition: generally
excellent. Comments: Germany,circa 1870. Value
Points: elegant presence is enhanced by rare
coiffure,especially lovely sculpting of hair at
the back.
