17" (43 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head with black
sculpted hair arranged in soft waves away from her
face excepting the short curly forehead bangs with
painted wispy tendrils,having loosely-coiled
chignon at the back with a cascading curl onto her
center shoulders,sculpted pierced ears,pale blue
upper-glancing eyes in deeply-set eye
sockets,painted thin eyeliner and brows,accented
eye corners and nostrils,closed mouth,muslin
stitch-jointed body,porcelain lower limbs,antique
green wool/silk dress with black velvet
ribbons,undergarments,matching earrings and
brooch. Condition: generally excellent. Comments:
Germany,circa 1875,the model aptly represents a
young lady. Value Points: rare model with
wonderfully-sculpted hair,her sculpted eyes set in
deep sockets.
