Description
6" (15 cm.) and 10". Each has bisque shoulder head,blue or brown glass inset eyes,painted lashes and brows,closed mouth,blonde mohair wig,muslin body with bisque lower hands. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Kling,circa 1890. Value points: each is wearing its elaborate Swedish traditional costume,an original paper note attached to the larger one reads "Gustavus represents the Rattvik district. The Swedes are the longest lived race in Europe as well as the tallest and fairest. Eating 5 hearty meals a day,loves cheese and rye bread."
