11" (28 cm.) Pink-tinted porcelain shoulder head
with black sculpted hair in short finger
curls,blue painted eyes,red and black upper
eyeliner,accented nostrils,closed mouth,wooden
torso and upper limbs,shapely waist,porcelain
lower limbs,right hand posed as though to hold an
object,red painted shoes,dowel-jointing at
shoulders,elbows,hips and knees. Condition:
generally excellent. Germany,circa 1860. Value
Points: rare wooden body with porcelain limbs in
fine original condition.
