12" (30 cm.) Pale bisque shoulder head with oval face and elongated throat,pale blonde sculpted hair arranged in horizontal curls that frame her face and edged at the crown with a glazed blue hair band and bow and narrow hair braid; the blue ribbon extends around the back of her hair and separates tightly-arranged curls and seven long ringlet curls that extend onto her shoulders. She has bright blue eyes with black upper eyeliner,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth,sculpted pierced ears,muslin stitch-jointed body and bisque lower limbs,painted black flat shoes,wearing dainty white cotton gown with hand embroidery at the hem,undergarments,earrings. Condition: generallye xcellent. Comments: Germany,circa 18970,Conta & Boehme. Value Points: very rare coiffure with an imagination arrangement of varying curls,braids,ribbons and bows.
