head with tiny brown glass eyes,painted
features,closed mouth,original blonde mohair
wig,muslin body,bisque lower arms,painted
stockings and black ankle boots,is wearing her
original burgundy silk dress and bonnet,and is
presented in her glass-lidded presentation box
along with gilt-paper edged cardboard cards with
additional trousseau and accessories,including
cream satin dress with matching bonnet,blue silk
dress with matching bonnet,various
undergarments,bone opera glasses,soap,jump
rope,bone-handled brush,perfume bottle and more.
Condition: generally excellent. Comments: for the
French market,circa 1885. Value Points: an
outstanding presentation with exquisite
costume,accessories and doll is perfectly
preserved and unplayed with.
