18" (46 cm.) Bisque socket head,dark brown glass inset eyes with paperweight-like effect,dark eyeliner,painted lashes,brush-stroked and feathered brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,open mouth with slightly-parted lips,four porcelain teeth,pierced ears,brunette mohair wig,composition and wooden ball-jointed body,nicely-costumed,antique pinafore and bonnet. Condition: old hair line are near forehead rim. Marks: (three leaf clover symbol) 9. Comments: Sonnenberg,circa 1885,for the French market. Value Points: beautifully-painted features especially of eye decoration enhancing the fine quality of bisque on the rarely-found model.
