Description
2 1/2" (6 cm.) -3". Each is all-bisque figure of Kewpie with sculpted black military helmet having gilt finial and eagle design, with side-glancing eyes and blue wings. One is standing with arms outstretched, and the other is lying on his stomach, one eye squinting, aiming a rifle, with belt and knife, with c, in circle mark. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1915, from original O'Neill designs.
