19" (49 cm.) Bisque socket head depicting a slightly-older lad,small brown glass sleep eyes in
deeply-set sockets,fringed upper lashes,one-stroke tapered brows,accented nostrils and eye
corners,closed mouth modeled as though open with defined space between the lips and two
painted upper teeth,brunette mohair bobbed wig,composition and wooden ball-jointed body.
Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K*R 112 49. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt,circa
1912. Value Points: the rare glass-eyed version of the 112 art character,in rare-to-find larger
size,has superb bisque and sculpting,very artistic painting of lips,shading and glaze,and is
wearing a superb antique boy's costume of green khaki wool with jacket,knickers and cap,along
with shirt,tie,socks,and black leather shoes.
