Description
3 1/2" (9 cm.) croquet box. Included is a blue paper box labeled "Loto" containing many loto
cards and wooden buttons; wooden box labeled "Jeu de Croquet" with slide lid containing a
wonderful croquet set of carved bone,along with printed French instructions; set of wooden nine-
pins with original ball and painted decorations; "cirque en miniature" tiny celluloid box contains
tiny animals; and a wooden box with slide lid forming a chess board (one end missing) and
containing a carved bone chess set. Excellent condition. French,mid/late 19th century.
