Description
18" (46 cm.) A wooden domed-top trunk with original painted-grey finish has iron slats and
edging,and hinges open to a paper-lined interior with two lift-out trays and rose ribbons. An
original paper label for Chenue indicates the firm was a maker of trunks. Good condition,some
wear and missing iron work. French,circa 1860.
