Description
2 1/2" (6 cm.) baby. 3 1/2" x 2" basket. A woven wicker basket whose lid is decorated with blue
silk ribbon and brass bell,opens to reveal an all-bisque baby with painted hair and
features,jointed baby limbs,antique baby costume,along with a beautifully-preserved lavish
arrangement of baby costumes and accessories; an additional tray of accessories is hidden
beneath the baby bed. Excellent condition. Germany,circa 1920,the wonderful presentation was
likely commissioned by an exclusive doll shop.
