4 1/2" (11 cm.) All paper-mache with over-sized head having painted googly eyes,downcast
mouth,painted costume on plump stomach depicting a fashionable many,jointed arms and long
spindly legs,and wearing original paper mache hat. Condition: generally excellent. Comments"
circa 1895,designed by Palmer Cox,the figure represents The Dude from his Brownies series.
Value Points: especially fine condition of the rare doll.
