24" (61 cm.) Pink-tinted bisque socket head,small blue glass sleep eyes,painted long curly
lashes,incised eyeliner,brush-stroked and multi-feathered brows,accented nostrils,rounded
nose with deeply-impressed accented nostrils,closed mouth modeled as though open with
sculpted tongue and two beaded teeth,impressed cheek dimples,stuck-out ears,extended-
length blonde mohair wig,composition and wooden ball-jointed body,muslin dress with
embroidered detail,included is additional maroon woolen coat and hat. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: 8413 Heubach (in square) 9 Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach,circa
1915,the doll appeared in Heubach Dolls and Figurines by Lydia Richter and was acquired
from the Richter Collection. Value Points: very rare model,virtually unknown in this large size
with superior bisque and deeply-sculpted features and complexion.
