13" (33 cm.) head circumference. 18". Solid domed bisque head with flanged neck,sculpted brown baby hair with well-defined sculpting at the crown,sculpted and painted facial features,narrow painted blue eyes with black eyeliner and brown eye shadow that encircles the complete eye,one-stroke shaded brows,broad nose with accented nostrils,closed mouth with smiling expression on the shaded and accented lips,cloth body with composition lower arms and legs,beautiful baby gown,jacket,ruffled bonnet. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: designed by Grace Storey Putnam and produced in Germany,circa 1927,a variation of the beloved and popular Bye-lo Baby. Value Points: extremely rare,this model is enhanced further by most artistic painting of hair,complexion,and especially eyes.
